Located in the heart of Antibes Villa Jean Yves was totally refurbished in 2011. The Villa is situated just 500m from the sandy beaches and within a short walk of all the wonderful restaurants and shops Antibes has to offer. The East terrace is covered and is ideal for dining; the west one catches the evening sun and overlooks the garden.
The Villa comprises of 5 bedrooms all of which have an ensuite bathroom. There are 4 on the ground level and one on the upper level (doubles as a lounge) On the upper level there are two terraces, one on the east side and one on the west side. A spacious modern kitchen is located along side the living room and there is a separate lounge area which is also the 5th bedroom.
A mature garden surrounds the house and there is adequate car parking for 2 cars. The laundry room is located in the garden and there is also an outdoor shower. The property is very secure and is accessed by either a pedestrian gate or the motorised gate for vehicular access. This gate is operated by remote control.
